Peach Delight

This is apparently a secret family recipe. Actually, it is Uncle Bob's favorite and he has always chosen in the past the people he thinks can have it. I am only sharing it because I have found similar recipes elsewhere on the internet and figure it is best to have the original. Also, it is peach season and we just got more than we can eat so I made some for dessert.

Peach Delight

Bottom layer - 2 pkg. graham crackers crushed and mixed with 2 cups powdered sugar and spread evenly over the bottom of a 9x13 pan. (It seems to make a lot so if you want to decrease it experiment with quantities.)

Next layer - 2 small pkg. vanilla pudding made according to package directions. Spread over graham cracker layer. (I used one large package and it seems fine.)

Top layer - peaches, preferrably fresh and sugared. Slice and layer over the pudding. (There is not set amount of peaches to use. I used 4 large peaches. I have also used a package of frozen peaches [thawed and drained] before. Just make sure you cover the pudding.)

Put whipped cream on the top and then refrigerate or wait until you serve it and add the whipped cream. Sprinkle any extra graham cracker crumbs on that to make it look more presentable. It is a nice fresh dessert.
