Sour Cream Dip for Fruit

2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon allspice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup fat free sour cream or plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Blend well.  Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.  Serve with fresh fruit.
