These waffles are a nice change. Some really like them while others don't.
Multi-Grain Waffles
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup oatmeal
2 Tablespoons oat bran
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
3/4 cup buttermilk
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 egg or 2 egg whites
Mix together and bake in a prepared waffle iron. Serve as you would your favorite waffle.
