Boiled Eggs

We had a baptism at Church and afterwards we had light refreshments.  One of the sisters is known for her incredible Deviled Eggs.  For Easter she dressed them up as Easter Chicks.  What impresses me is her egg yolks are always yellow and never green or murky.  Here is how she does it.

Boiled Eggs
Put the eggs into a pot and bring them to a boil.  Turn off the burner and put a lid on the pot.  Let stand for 10 minutes.  Perfect yolks every time.
