And for the 100th post!
1/4 c. butter (softened)
1 1/4 c. powder sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. white chocolate
1 small bag M&M candies
red food coloring
Blend together peanut butter, and butter. Add sugar and vanilla and mix well. Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Roll mixture in 1-2 inch balls and place on sheet. Freeze for 1/2 an hour. Melt chocolate according to directions. Dip balls in chocolate, place back on tray and immediately put an M&M candy in the middle. Put in freezer again to harden. After they were firm I used a toothpick and dipped in red food coloring to make it look more eye-like.
P.S. They will sweat a bit after being in the freezer. But that could just be desert living.
