Chicken and Rice Dinner

3 pounds chicken pieces
1/3 cup flour
2 Tablespoon cooking oil
1 1/2 cups long grain rice
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup milk
2 1/3 water
Dredge chicken pieces in flour, heat oil on medium heat and brown the chicken on all sides. Meanwhile, combine rice, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper, milk and water. Pour into a 9x13x2 pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Top with chicken and cover with a tight fitting lid or with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until the rice is tender and chicken is cooked through.
