Sweet and Sour Chicken

About a month ago Tina made sweet and sour chicken for our family. It was so incredible so this morning I called her and asked for the recipe. I made it for dinner today and it is absolutely delicious, so I am going to share it!

Sweet and Sour Chicken

skinless chicken breasts, frozen
2 cups brown sugar, packed
3 tbsp flour
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
pineapple
bell pepper- chopped

Place the chicken breast in the crock-pot. Stir together sugar and flour in a saucepan. Add the remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat until bubbly. Boil for 1-2 minutes. Pour over the chicken. Cook on high in the crock-pot until done. (The longer you keep it in the crock-pot the more flavor the chicken will have).

Today I left mine in the crock-pot for two hours, and it was delicious. Although next time I am going to go WAY more easy on the sugar... it was a little too sweet. Anyway it was really yummy and fun and totally easy. I love crock-pot meals!
