This is my friend Jennifer's recipe, and has become a staple at all family and friend get togethers. It is NOT good for you as is, but I'm sure that you could make some adjustments.
1/2 lb hamburger (we use maple sausage instead)
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
Garlic Salt (dash)
1 can red enchilada sauce
1 sm can green chilies
1/2 can Cream of Mushroom soup
Brown meat and place in Crock pot. Add all of the rest of the ingredients, and stir often. Once cheese is completely melted it is ready to serve.
We love this with the jalapeno tostitos (we found them at Christmas and they rock!), but it goes well with all types of chips. So, enjoy some Texas flavor, ya'll!
